Visitor Services Coordinator

Visit Mason City is seeking a VISITOR SERVICES COORDINATOR to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who LOVES Mason City and the surrounding area, genuinely enjoys serving others, and wants to play an active role in making our community a great place to visit, explore, and experience.

The Visitor Services Coordinator will help create a welcoming experience for guests at the Mason City Welcome Center, providing accurate information, friendly customer service, and exceptional hospitality. This position also provides administrative support to the Visit Mason City team, assists with marketing and promotional efforts, and supports Main Street Mason City programming, events, and initiatives that contribute to a vibrant downtown and community.

In this role, you’ll put your organizational and critical-thinking skills to work while also contributing your creativity, enthusiasm, and community spirit.
