Wayne's was great! Had to wait for about 7 minutes for help. I needed to get a bike fixed. Keegan assisted me, walked me through the process of what would need to be done to get the bike in working order, gave me an estimate and a time frame. I had more questions about bike gear, and he was able to assist with that as well. My bike ended up being able to be complete in a matter of 2-3 hours instead of 2-3 days which was even better. When I returned to pick up my bike the same day, a different associate assisted me; he reviewed what they did to fix the bike, the estimate that he had given was spot on, and he made sure to address any other concerns. He also carried the bike to my vehicle and loaded it for me. Top notch service! I rode my bike the same day, and I could not be happier!
