We stopped in to get a bike for myself as I am no longer able to keep up walking with my children on their bikes. Chad asked many questions to help me identify what type of bike I would need now and in the future. He was very detailed in explaining the different types and the options all the bikes had. Once we had narrowed it down, I was able to test the bike out. Chad also adjusted the bike to fit my height. He then went over all the accessories I could put on my bike and safety options that were available. He always gave us the various options in price. Once we were all set, Abe in the service department went over how to maintain the bike at home and the other recommended servicing. The experience of buying a bike was very personal and detailed.
