Join the community in walking, learning, and supporting mental health. This free event is open to all and designed to fit any schedule—stop by for a quick lap or stay for the full experience.

Timeline:
• 11:30 AM – Resource tables and walking path open
• 12:00 PM – Short speech at Principal Pavilion by Cody Williams of Turning Leaf Counseling, followed by a group photo and community walk
• Until 12:30 PM – Resource tables and walking path remain open

Details:
• Wear green for mental health awareness. Wearing green is encourage, but not required.
• Visit local resource tables to learn about available support
• Participate in a bingo activity for a chance to win a self-care prize
• Follow the marked walking path (map provided)
• Grab lunch from nearby downtown Mason City restaurants
• Rain or shine event (indoor option at Southbridge Mall if needed)
