As COVID-19 brought our lives to a screeching halt this spring, it’s exciting to see sparks of leisure interest in the community. While continuing to keep our distance from overly large crowds of people, many feel the urge to get out and do things again. To live life and enjoy events and activities.

What a perfect opportunity for just that with the upcoming Haunted Building Tour!

I Spy With My Little Eye…

Do you remember playing this game as a kid? I used to think it was the absolute most fun to find something completely obscure and trick my older brother, when it was likely meant to teach us colors. As I grew older and had a family of my own, I soon found out the real purpose of this game is to keep kids occupied (and quiet) while on long car rides, or while waiting for food at a restaurant.

The past few days, I’ve been spying something new around town. Something to signify excellence, commitment, and to honor those working on the front lines during this global pandemic.

As March is officially upon us, it will soon be the time of year where one’s heritage, lineage, and DNA become irrelevant. A time where people pull out every item of green clothing they can muster. Green beer will pour freely from taps across the country, and corned beef and cabbage is consumed by the masses.
